An international unit at the heart of complexity science

Founded in 2009, UMI UMMISCO (UMI 209) is an international research unit with a strong methodological focus, specializing in the mathematical and computational modeling of complex systems in support of sustainability science. It brings together researchers from diverse disciplines to develop innovative approaches for simulation, analysis, and decision support applied to natural, biological, and social systems.
